I received multiple conflicting texts about my vehicle’s status and estimated completion. I was told when I called that the reason for this was that some messages were sent out from corporate and some from the shop itself and they often don’t match. I was told it would take 1 week for repairs and it took 2.5. I was never called with updates on why the delay. I had to call several times to check and at one point was told the wrong bumper was ordered. I understand mistakes happen, but it would have been nice to receive a call to let me know so I could plan. Then after I was told my vehicle was complete it turned out only 1 of the 2 repairs was done and it took an additional week.

We took our truck to the location in New Berlin and while that facility doesn't work on trucks they transported it to Oconomowoc and returned it once the work was completed. Every step of the process we received a text message letting us know where things were at. The work and craftsmanship were amazing! Highly recommend!
