My window does not go up on passenger side. Repair of scratches on rear hatch was not to my satisfaction. I was under the assumption that it would be done by professionals instead it was done by a desk representative.

The repair is perfect. The amount of time that our vehicle was in your shop was very reasonable and everyone we worked with was polite and very professional. I will tell my friends to drive safely and avoid accidents, but if they need repairs that Caliber does great work.
