They did a good job but it took much longer than quoted. It was a huge inconvenience which could have been avoided had they asked us to bring the car in when they were ready to work on it instead of letting it sit for a week and a half before starting the work!

People were super cool, but my only criticism is that it would be nice to be told my car is ready to pick up when it actually arrives because I showed up after I spoke to someone who said it was there and it wasn’t. The I spent 2-3 days calling between the two shops per the request of the employee at one place. It would be nice if you guys could communicate together quickly and not ask the customers to do it. But I know it’s busy and there are shipment delays. I’m just happy the car looks awesome. If I had to find rides to work, I probably would be more upset. I was able to work from home for most days due to pandemic.
