I received wonderful customer service from the time I made the call to set up the appointment to dropping off my car. They went above and beyond by having one of their employees take me to Enterprise because I had waited almost 2 hours for them to pick me up for my rental car. When I picked my car up it was clean outside and inside and couldn’t tell anything had been wrong with. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The team has always taken care of me, whether it was collision, body work or interior. They are friendly, professional and timely. I have trusted Caliber Collision for years with my vehicles. This visit was a quick interior repair and Karen took care of me from beginning to end. I dropped the vehicle before work and it was ready by lunch. Upon walk-around, I found hardware and a small cover laying in the cupholder area. Though the panel was installed upon notification and the reason the hardware was explained, it left concerns. Also the entire inside of the vehicle is covered in bondo dust. The tech made an attempt to clean up the seats and other surfaces it's apparent it needs further attention. Upon leaving there were two members of the cleaning crew standing and behind the counter laughing and making jokes about my request to have the vehicle re-accomplished. Not a very professional look in front of the customers who help with paying them.
