Staff was kind and didn’t mind answering my questions, no matter how neurotic I can get. They showed me the work they did on my car, which was amazing! While the car was getting the repairs they kept me up to date about what was going on! This is my 2nd time having service done on with these guys! They even cleaned the 1” of mud off of my floor mats and had them looking brand new again! Thanks so much!

At this point I'm perplexed as to why your mechanics could not determine the problem. If after getting the diagnostic from the dealer and they determine that it was not possible for your team to figure it out I will stop by your shop and apologize.

I am satisfied with Justin, he's nice, and I am satisfied with the body work (so far), but not the mechanical work because the car now vibrates when driven where it was not doing that before the accident. I took the car back to your shop but your mechanics are unable to figure out the problem. I now have to take the car to a dealer to pay out of pocket for a diagnostic. I do not feel safe driving the car especially with my family in the car.
