Upon walk-around, I found hardware and a small cover laying in the cupholder area. Though the panel was installed upon notification and the reason the hardware was explained, it left concerns. Also the entire inside of the vehicle is covered in bondo dust. The tech made an attempt to clean up the seats and other surfaces it's apparent it needs further attention. Upon leaving there were two members of the cleaning crew standing and behind the counter laughing and making jokes about my request to have the vehicle re-accomplished. Not a very professional look in front of the customers who help with paying them.

This is a terrific shop, from the manager to desk assistants to the repair team! Paul is friendly, informative and as helpful as can be as manager. Cyndi knows the insurance companies needs as well as the rental car companies. I hight recommend Caliber Collision!

A piece is missing and my front bumper is not attached it wasn’t fixed and the bolts are missing out of the inside wheel guard, I was told that I need to bring my vehicle back and they would have to keep it to fix what wasn’t fixed, they had my truck for a month and now I have to drop it back off due to being a rush job
