Satisfied with the service. Tim kept me in the loop every step of the way while car was being attended to. I just wasn't aware it would have taking nearly two weeks and some days to be repaired. Other than that I was pleased with the service and will use again.

The repairs were top notch for the paneling and light replacements and paint matching. The customer service was exceptional and the insurance and rental process was amazing. There was a mix up with the trunk step replacement where a manual step was installed instead of the automatic step which was not originally on the vehicle. Waiting on a call now to get this remedied.
