We had a really good experience with the Shiloh team. Cyndee was upfront with what kind of timeframe we could expect depending on availability of parts. She kept us updated almost daily with the progress of repairs. Overall we were highly satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Coming right back as I am owed a weather strip that is on back order! Aside from that I’d return as life and insurance permitted. But Lord’s will, hopefully, and perhaps if I’m fortunate, no time soon!
