I would absolutely recommend caliber collision! The car detailing was a surprise for me. I must have not paid attention if they mentioned that. It made my day! I’ve got three kids that keep the car messy so this was the best thing ever. They did an amazing job. Repaired car and absolutely spotless inside and out. Thank you!

My Caliber Collision experience was very positive. Customer service was superior! Dillya Wagner went above and beyond, coordinating with Enterprise for pickup AND return (I was clueless). She also made sure I knew what I was signing. Tyler Olsen walked me through the estimate and finished product PLUS kept me appraised of progress with text messages nearly every day - unheard of!!!! An unexpected perk was having my car detailed - it was a BIG chore! Absolutely recommending Caliber Collision for both the customer service and the repairs to my vehicle.

I was rear-ended and had damage to the back of my car. Once the repair was complete I can't tell were the damage was. It looks perfect. They had it ready to go before the pick up date they had estimated, and they detailed my car so when I picked it up it was like new!

At first, I was not happy with the customer service part to initially get my vehicle repaired there. I called and spoke with Delia and she was so kind that I decided to give it a try. Tyler was the technician that was the one assigned to my vehicle and since day one he was very communicative and he would give me updates all the time. He finished my car before the estimated date and really made me feel like a priority. I truly appreciate the great service directly from the repair shop. I think the customer service line or call center needs to take notes from the service center because that could potentially lose customers right off the bat. I am grateful to have called Delia and had Tyler as the tech. Thank you both so much!!!!
