It took over 2 months to get my car fixed. I know there some thing out of their control but having to redo the door because it didn’t look that good could have been done earlier than the last thing. The communication was good and the updates were nice but it was just a long drawn out process.

I dropped my car to have my bumper replaced because it had been hit. This shop no where near paint matched it, stuck an old piece of my new bumper on my non-matched new one and it’s very noticeable. It’s a shame that this kind of work even gets passed off honestly. As well as you can see my bumper clips on the left side (main damage side). For me it’s not gonna work, will be there next open business day to get these issues fixed. I have family members that do the same kind of auto body work for a living and laughed at the results of what I got.

Caliber made an extremely stressful situation so much easier to deal with. I hit a deer coming back from a road trip, and despite backordered parts holding up the process, Caliber and Jaiden made this an all around pleasant experience!
