The body work and paint are perfect. However the skid plates that were in the back are missing and not installed back on the car

I am sending the vehicle back in because it was poorly done. You have it back to me with a scratch on the bumper, and holes in the paint as well as loose and missing screws. I am disappointed that this is a shop covered by my insurance.

They repaired most of the damage to our car well and a day earlier than first thought, but there was a plastic clip holding the front hood to the side panel that wasn't replaced. We caught it when looking at the final check. They ordered the part but didn't call me when it came in.
