I took my jeep to them to have my tire mount replaced. The vehicle was in complete driving condition and just needed the tire mount replaced and the bumper powder coated. It took more than a month for them to complete the repairs.

When I received my vehicle back there was an issue with the backup camera on the tire mount. I was told they would not take any responsibility for the new damage. They wanted to keep my vehicle and try to charge the insurance for a diagnostic test.
