I would recommend based on the paint match quality and the lifetime warranty. I wouldn’t recommend based on communication and due to still having a slight warp/dent in the door

This is Ruth , Subaru owner. I'm not just completely satisfied with my recent repair experience, I'm absolutely astounded at the ABOVE AND BEYOND attention and care given to me and my vehicle by Caliber Collision. Dillya was so friendly and kind as she scheduled repars and coordinated with my insurance. She is so delightful that it was a joy to call with questions or be with her in the front office when I needed to come in. I had complete confidence that everything would work out because she was absolutely accurate in everything she did and that gave me great peace of mind through a stressful time. Tyler carefully listened to the details of not just one but 2 claims that needed to be addressed. I was so relieved by his knowledge and experience and had complete trust in him. He was considerate of my work schedule for communicating with him and patient as he helped me understand what needed to be done and the costs involved. The printed estimates are highly detailed and easy to understand, which I really appreciated. He was even there for me when I needed help to know how to start my keyless rental car in my work parking lot at the end of my shift . The engine was on when I recieved the car and I had no clue that the brake needed to be pushed while pressing the start button. Lol! Tyler laughed with me and I was so grateful he called when he did! When I picked up my completed car tonight I saw it gleaming in front of the shop and almost didn't recognize it as it looked like a brand new car! I discovered that it had not only been repaired beautifully but also polished and detailed inside and out. I was NOT expecting that! Additionally, I learned that Tyler had driven my car to experience some concerns I'd had and he helped me find a contract for the service that needs to be done. I've been worried about my car for over a year and I'm so grateful to Tyler for removing those worries. Lastly, Tyler was able to get parts, make repairs and make it look, smell and feel like new for hundreds less than I was expecting to pay. I'm still in shock over that surprise! I can't say enough about my experience with Caliber Collision and will recommend them to everyone I know. Please thank the ENTIRE TEAM along with Tyler and Dillya, for taking such EXCELLENT care of my little Impreza and of me! I loved my car before but now it's a reminder of a great company who hires AMAZING people who make the world a better place through caring about people and going above and beyond in the work that they do.
