Got the car back I had tar on the rocker molding, there was tar on the rear bumper, bother rear door speakers are not working, the rear bumper was not blended with the new paint,

Poor communication,,,,, overall repair was fine. Job didn't get finished but I wasn't informed until very very last minute. No information on how to resolve....... Also waited for 3 weeks... Repair should have taken 8 hrs. Left me no time to finish working out the repair myself.
