I was satisfied with the repair and the text updates until the final day. On 7/22 I was told my car would be ready 7/27, within minutes, it changed to 7/30. Those were the only dates I was given. The rests of the texts were "coming along nicely but no change of dates. Then late Friday at 3:40 pm, I get a call saying my car would be done and come get in within the hour! I wasn't close to home, I needed to get the rental car, fill it with gas, remove car seats and have it back to Enterprise by 5 pm. I should have received an update Friday morning letting me know that it would be ready that day so I could have been prepared. I understand that the body shop was probably under pressure by the insurance provider to get me out of the rental but it was very poorly handled on delivery day!
