I disappointed they did nothing to the scratched up rims that was even noted in there paperwork and a small dent and though it drives good there was some new noises so all in all they did a good job but it could have been better the rims upsets me though

Ended up having to wait 20 minutes just to have them go around the car with us. But mostly our fault because we were leaving on vacation the next day

Your staff and work quality were great. I just wanted you to know on my way home on Hinkley Drive I noticed my hood wasn’t latched and I was lucky the safety latch kept it from coming open at 50 mph. Scared me a bit but was able to pull off the road and close the hood. I noticed one area that was repaired that had a dull finish and needs buffing. Not a huge deal.

The second I called the office they went above and beyond My expectations. They treated like family and made sure everything was in place from drop off to making sure my rental car was on its way. They kept in great communication with me in updates ensuring me they were taking excellent care of my car. When going to pick my car again the team went above and beyond my expectations, my car was washed and cleaned and looking better than ever!
