The only reason I didn't provide a 10 is because I had my trunk and rear bumper replaced due to being rear ended. I was not contacted to see if I wanted to have the stock spoiler repainted. Now I have a new trunk and bumper with a faded, old spoiler.

From the time we made an appointment for you to look at our Infiniti QX50 in January until we picked it up today the communication about the progress of the repairs was daily and encouraging. Our QX50 looked perfect and just like the day we purchased the automobile. Employees are professional and listen well to any concerns . The service advisor , Roger , was clear about the process to complete the repairs needed by our vehicle. Efforts to obtain needed parts ( a challenge with our car) were exceptional and effective. This is truly a model for any auto repair service center.
