Awesome customer service! I did ask for you to see if you could tell where an oil leak is coming from and to see why my check engine light is on but the guy didnt know anything about that when I picked it up.

I got a phone call on Tuesday afternoon the my car was ready i set up to be pick up today and when i inspected the car it had the look of of when you put to much paint on one spot. They thought the polishing it would do it but a guy came out and told me the they need to re work the area and it wont be done till Monday. Everything else look good i am glad you guys offer lifetime warranty on the work. A little be of inconvenience for having to wait for few more days and getting off work to be there be for closing again but not the end of the world. Now my question is, do you guys inspect the work before calling the customer? Or just hopping the customer wont notice the defect of the paint or work perform? It may be good to inspect the car before calling the customer so you don't wast customer time and have the customer second guessing about were i brought my car to. No even talking about now the man hours and shop time plus your materials for re doing something the could been catch by the painter. Look forward to the finished product.
