I asked to have the bolt cover fixed because it wasn't done by the initial shop. That wasn't done. I was told it would be ordered and I would be called when the part was in. I will be completely happy when that is complete. It's been frustrating. I was frustrated that it was not communicated that I had to pay another deductible until the day I picked up my car, but I see that more of an insurance issue as they did not communicate that.

Jeff met me in the parking lot as I pulled in and offered help- he immediately went to work at his computer searching for parts so he could take care of my estimate & get the process started- Jaiden jumped in and helped finalize the details - They did all of this in a seamless manner and I was on my way!! The finished job exceeded my expectations and the car appeared to have been detailed??
