Overall the updates were good, but when I picked it up the first thing I noticed was the gap between the hood and the passenger fender, the hood also doesn’t close properly unless I slam it down, before I was able to just press down and it would close. Another piece is the fog light cover on the passenger side is not seated properly and when I try to push it in it pops right out not fully secure.

Though, overall, the repairs were done very well, I did have to ask for the door alignment to be adjusted. There was also a foul odor inside my car that took a few days to fully dissipate. It smelled kind of like grease or something like that.

I received plenty of updates, and the repairs were completed by the estimated completion date, but, when I went in to pick up my car, I was then informed about a ~$100 charge for a new tire that I didn't know needed to be replaced. I was shocked because the damage to my car was the result of an accident that wasn't my fault.
