I noticed That the passenger bumper on the side of the wheel doesn't match up like the driver side and notice the headlight goes underneath the hood instead of the driver side it being flush with the hood. It almost makes it seem like the hood was bent just a little bit and it wasn't properly repaired or it is a used aftermarket headlight. Along with the aftermarket bumper. The bumper does seem a little softer and that would explain it being aftermarket because an aftermarket is going to be cheaper material and not as hard quality as OEM so it is disappointing. It would have been nice to get the option and the price difference and seeing if insurance was able to still buy OEM and if they were able to find an oem bumper somewhere. Notice that the headlight was used. And it was a little disappointing to know that I had to pay for the clear bra, labor or whatever. When I wasn't told that I would have to pay any of that. I just had the impression that I only had to pay for the copay along with a repair I had them do on the side

Took my car in for some cosmetic repair and the final repair look was amazing! Good as new like nothing ever happened! The team was really nice and thoughtful and informative, the text updates is a real nice touch, just knowing the status of your vehicle every step of the way is a relief. Thank you team Caliber Collision, job was done very nicely, and quicker then the estimated deadline, not that I had an issue with a later date completion but just goes to show how good the Caliber team are! Thanks again!

The estimator was very nice and explained everything clearly, but the lack of info from the business via text was lacking. The text messages felt automated and were extremely vague. I called the number given to me in the text, took me to a call center in another country.
