Car came out running perfectly and the paint match was spot on, however, customer service from the lady that answers the calls first hand was very tedious. If I am already stressed about my car and am just trying to talk to someone about how things are going, I don’t need some lady talking with a tone acting like I am a child.

I thought they did great overall. The receptionist was very polite. She offered snacks and beverages and was very kind. I was very satisfied with the repairs, they matched the paint perfectly! They made the process easy and I would recommend them.

The front office secretary was awesome and answered everything. She waited for me to gas the rental car while she worked on writing out my receipt since the regular receipt was not working. But. .. when trying out my new sunroof it was very hard to open it for the 1st couple of times and opened with a very bad sound. There is glass still on the track on the passenger side and in the front. I am concerned that it will get stuck or already have pieces in the back of the track that will get stuck. I have pictures and will be sending to you.

The lady, Christie at the office is wonderful and helpful. Although I still had some broken glass in the sunroof the first time but did offer to fix and and make it right quickly. Thanks for making sure I was satisfied.
