The clear coat didn't match the shine of the existing vehicle exactly, and the bumper seams at the wheel wells were just a little off but other than that it looks like factory new.

I thought the Office Manager was terrible, No personality, not helpful, did not smile & gave me a hard time about getting snacks today. I do not know why I have to explain myself to her, but I did, I gave the treats previously to a homeless person & will take these treats to a food pantry. Even though Caliber did a great job, I would question going back or referring Ur company because of the rudeness of Ur Office Manager 😤

The assigned repairs looked great. Took longer than anticipated due to the bumper was back ordered. On a note so good comment, I hard other ping dints and a few paint corrections scheduled but the lady you gave me the quote did not enter the ticket for those repairs. Very disappointing but Ryan offered to make it right if I still wanted to have those items repaired. He was very nice about the whole thing.
