Efficient & effective system for scheduling estimate, updates regarding repair process and notification of completion. Excellent & friendly staff. Repairs were so good, had I not known my vehicle was damaged, I would have concluded it was never damaged - excellent results.

The communication throughout the process of the car being repaired was phenomenal. We were updated as things progressed. The Customer Service that we received was no less than five star. Maria was amazing and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We will definitely refer Caliber Collision to our friends and family if they ever need any services as such.

Was given a time frame as to when the vehicle would be completed. Missed by 1 1/2 hours. The issue was that I had to return the rental car the same day I picked up my car. I would not have objected to picking my vehicle the next day.
