They were friendly and they got the truck in quickly and repaired the truck in a timely fashion and when I pickup the truck they explained everything they repaired and made sure I was satisfied with repairs and they cleaned the truck inside and out wasn’t expecting that

There are a couple of items that still need work. Specifically, driver‘s door threshold sticker, and paint matching. I’m not dissatisfied with my experience so far. Caleb has been a great communicator, and the truck came out ahead of schedule. I only clicked not satisfied because there are still those items to work through and I’ll be better suited to answer this question after they are done.

Again, only not a 10 because of the unexpected work and hassle the cleaning created for me.

It would be a 10, but for a 2nd time the interior of my car was completely covered with sanding dust. I had no choice but to immediately spend 1.5 hours detailing it.
