The process of repair was very smooth and the updates every couple of days was very helpful and welcome. The only part of the process that was less convenient was the time it required to book the appointment for repairs, as the closest time to bring my car in was 1 month out. Fortunately my car was still in driveable condition but that was a long time out still. I do know that there have been issues with timing due to delays in receiving items and whatnot.

Agreed to touch up and buff out all scratches .. had multiple scratches show on either side of tailgate. Some areas of pitting and wavy paint on passenger side. It also took way too long over 45 days before parts were ordered.
