First I have to share with you is that I talked to a couple of other body shops before talking to Christy at Caliber Collision. I asked her how is it that you can get my 2021 Yukon Denali repair appointment in so much less time than the other body shops can? She said because we are a new location. Now that scared me even more. There was something about her attitude on the phone in a positive way that I set an appointment for them to give me an estimate on the repair and time frame. Then I met Jesse, the estimator, seemed a little shy but after visiting with him, what a great guy. Smile on both of there faces, Jesse told me about there repair process and time frame. I was like seriously, why so long. His comment was we will do our best to get it done much sooner. He did exactly what I do in my career, is to under promise and over deliver. He sent me a text message day 1 or 2 saying it could take up to a couple of weeks depending on the parts needed. I was like, 🤬🤬🤬. He said sir, we will do our very best to make it happen. He text me after there hours of being open on a Friday night and said that our Denali was finished and ready for pickup. I said I could be there in 10-15 minutes. With the traffic on 435 on a Friday afternoon is a Bi$$h. It took me a little longer than that and they were both there waiting on me. Christy was the real thing that drove me to there business and meeting Jesse put me over the top. Top notch service and an awesome staff. Oh, I forgot this. I was going to rent a truck from the U-haul down the street because it’s impossible to rent a car at a decent price and they even gave me a ride down there to pickup the truck. I don’t want anymore accidents but I would recommend the staff that works at Caliber Collision a 10 star, 5 I is a toy to this staff, all of them!!!

There are not enough words to explain how happy my wife and I are about the repair that Caliber Collision did on our vehicle. In the beginning we were very reluctant because I had been to a couple of other shops and was told that they were weeks if not months out. I called Caliber Collision and talked to Christy on my initial conversation. I was impressed with her kindness on the phone along with her positive attitude about there ability to not only get the vehicle repairs done but in a timely manner. So I set an appointment with them to get an estimate on my repairs. When I got there for my appointment, I was impressed with Christy and her positive attitude. She introduces me to Jesse, that's getting me an insurance quote. He seemed to be a little shy, but what a great guy and what a positive attitude and looked me right in the eye and told me that not only that it would be repaired perfectly but in a very timely manner. He looks at me and said that they could start the repair next week. I hesitated and asked how can you get it done so quickly when everyone else says that they are backed up on work? Christy looks at me and says, because we are a new location here. Again, I get that feeling that I'm not sure about using this place. New location? Timely manner? Location was hard to find and get to? I asked are you sure that everything we talked about will happen? Christy looks at me and says to me, don't worry about this Mr. Hanson you will not be disappointed with the repair and Jesse pops up and reiterates the same thing with a big smile on both of there faces. I said Ok, I'll see you next week. The end result is that my wife and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I would highly recommend the team at Caliber Collision and the leadership in Christy and Jesse. This is not a negative comment, but it sucks trying to find the place. Allow a few extra minutes if you are not familiar with the area.

I talked to Jesse about the problems I was unhappy with. It was an unpainted part of the car and some over spray of grey primer paint on the inside of the door and sharp paint edges on the inside of the door.

I loved the daily updates via text message. It was precise and kept me posted on what was found and what is being worked on. The staff were very friendly and explained the damage and repairs in the most layman’s language possible, it was needed for a person like me who isn’t too mechanically inclined.
