Not all needed repairs were completed. I was told someone would contact me about sending it to another mechanic and I have not heard back yet

Communication was great. Nothing against Caliber Collision, wish that my vehicle would have seen another mechanic because additional repairs are needed based on damage from the accident and it didn't get done. Only one thing (transmission) was fixed. I need an alignment and a wheel balanced and possibly even a new rim. I told the staff the following day after picking up they said they would get back with me about trying to get the work done however I have not heard back yet.
