Everyone was very nice. I was given consistent updates with what was happening with my car. When I got it back the car was washed and it seemed like it was vacuumed and wiped down as well on the inside. Thank you all very much for the work and effort you put into fixing my car. !

To be real honest, these guys did such an amazing job walking me thru on what to expect. Very upfront, didn’t give me no run around, they ain’t have me waiting wondering what’s next. My truck came out looking like it came off the lot again. Couldn’t see any difference, I was really impressed and honestly amazed on how good they did their job. High highly recommend them for anytype of damage. I didn’t think I would get my baby back looking like new.

They had my car for nearly a month. They didn't figure out that my car would be a deemed a total loss until the day I was told the repairs were done & I could pick it up. Wasted my time & my money . I am very unhappy with their services.

I wasn’t really contacted or given a time line for my vehicle and was certainly not expecting to be without a vehicle for three weeks. If they had told me it could take that long up front it would’ve been nice. There was almost no communication except when I called and when they sent an email to say it was moved to another shop and that it was done.
