Usually have a great experience here, but this visit I feel they dropped the ball and didn’t order parts/start the claim when I first took it in for estimate. They were going to order parts then let me know when they were in to schedule the repair, when I called 4 weeks later to get a status update is when things were finally initiated. Parts came in in only 1 week after that, but due to the delay in ordering I was pushed out another 4 weeks due to storm damage customers that occurred in between my estimate and actually ordering the parts. Once my car was scheduled I feel the repair went smooth
