I was not dissatisfied. I just thought all the glass from the broken window would be cleaned from the car when we picked it up. I have a 3 year old that likes to get into everything. Almost a month for repairs also seems long, but I do not work with cars so I’m not sure all that entails. But the communication texts were nice and everyone was friendly whenever we spoke.
