Although the procurement of the replacement parts was longer than we had hoped, we understand that Caliber Collision cannot control the timeline for receiving the parts. Once they received the parts, the completion of the project was very quick. Their communication throughout the process was very good. They committed to staying connected with us via phone calls multiple times per week, which helped to maintain a lower anxiety level on our part. Great Job Caliber!!
