When I asked about how long it would take to repair my car the lady said up to 3 weeks that surprised me since it was a minor scrape and I was not sure I had coverage for a car rental . I later found out I did have coverage but feel that the staff could have been friendlier and more professional about it . It’s not about defending the company, it’s about explaining things in a nice and polite way.
