Shop said they had to order and reorder top grille 2 or 3 times because their supplier sent a damaged new part. This caused >1 week of delay past the original schedule.

My car is fixed fine. IF I Would've known it was going to take a week to get parts for my car,I Would've dropped off my car at a later time, IT cost me almost $525.00 to rent a car when it should've ONLY been a couple of days for a rental. Not almost 6 days, thats what upsets me the most!!!!!
