Had a car hit me in the passenger side of my truck and it was their fault. Progressive (the other persons insurance) quit paying for my rental vehicle for whatever reason. Caliber Collision stepped up and said they’d pay for it until my truck was finished because there’s no reason progressive shouldn’t be paying for. They were AMAZING and kept me updated through the entire process.
