Repair was good. However they failed to reset electronics correctly after lengthy battery removal. I had to reset Myself. It was not difficult but they should have informed me of what might be required and all the error msg. I received.

It took 8 weeks to do a job that should have been a week. My Jeep sat there in the lot for 4 weeks straight with Noone even touching it. Just that was supposed to be my Point of Contact called me a total of 2 times in the 8 week period. My Jeep didn't even get fixed until I personally found the part. Had it hand delivered. And still waited 2 weeks to get it fixed. I went to the GM of the shop nothing got done. Nothing was done until another Manager from a different location saw a post about the horrible service for Caliber and contacted the DM. Then my Jeep finally got taken care from a shop outside of Caliber that I found once again.
