Interior of the truck wasn't cleaned. Some white, wet substance was tracked into the truck and a window must have been left down as there was water puddled up in the drink holders in the door and the seat was damp.

Staff was amazing, and as far as the repair, almost all the spots that were on the car when I took it in were removed, and what is there is only noticeable by myself because I knew where they were.
