The communication from your staff, especially Hannah was absolutely awesome. I never had to call to check in on the status of the repairs. I was always texted or called 2-3 times a week letting me know what was going on and what to expect. They were right on target with everything and I really appreciated it.

I am extremely happy with the service I received with Caliber orange park. Hannah worked tirelessly to get things done and resolved. Even though It took well over 6 weeks to get my vehicle fully repaired and back to me due to manufacturer's back orders, the team at Caliber went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy and well taken care of. Communication could have been much better. I was told a completion date and never notified that it had changed until I showed up to get my car. Then I couldn’t get a definite answer when I called on the next completion date.
