The repair was completely awesome. You can't tell there was ever any damage. The staff, Hannah and Sara were very personable , knowledgeable and informative. The entire experience was surprisingly pleasant considering it took Geico 2 months to address the issue with me. So a big thank you to Caliber Collision for a job well done!

Service was awesome! Hannah was really good about staying in touch with me during the process and if Hannah wasn't available, Sarah was happy to help. My car looks like nothing even happened and I was very pleasantly surprised, shocked even, that they cleaned out the inside, wiped the dash and even vacuumed the floors.. thank you so so much!!

Hannah Dancy went above an beyond to help me with this process. She kept me completely informed, walked me through what they were going to do, and my car was returned to me good as new. She even insured that it was returned sparkling clean inside and out. I'm very thankful for her professionalism and helping me through this. You can't even tell work was done to my truck. I appreciate all the attention to detail and efficiency through all of this from the team who worked on my Nissan. It's also great to know the repair is guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle. Wen truck was ready it wasn’t. After arriving to pick up my truck after saying it was ready found multiple items wrong with truck that should have been caught by your QC. Glue resin on head light that was replaced, paint run on fender, paint dust under hood from sanding, bumper bolt that was loose, right inside door trim loose and head lights not adjusted correctly.
