The body work was very good, however the headlight was not replaced with a LED light, so we have two different headlights. The steering wheel is still turned amd not straight.

I bring my car to the shop since December 2nd. They told that my car will be ready in a week. I get my car back on December 28th. While my car still at the shop, nobody reached me out to give me an update.

Never received one phone call from caliber had to call every time to find out what was going on. That being said, they were very nice when I did speak to them.

Amanda has been very helpful however there are some issues outside of her control. There is a finger print in the paint/clear coat that appears there was an attempt to remove because there is light scratches on the new paint in the area. After seeing the paint in the sun (was in the shade when picked up) the base paint on the bumper does not match the factory paint and the metallic flake is no where near what the factory had in it and it’s very noticeable up against the non repaired fender. This was an unfortunate accident that was not our fault. As the vehicle owners and We expect it to be right. Robby

Amanda who took over our repair was very helpful and professional however, the repair (paint work) is unacceptable. There is a finger print in the clear coat that appears to have been noticed and wiped off because there is light scratching on the new paint. The base color does not match at all and the metallic flake is almost nonexistent in comparison to the factory non repaired paint.

The new fender had dents and the wheel assembly was not put on correctly. It rattled and then broke off on a trip out of town.

Communication, there was none, only updates I got was when I called, Windshield still has adhesive on it and the top of truck, dirty inside and out. Gap between hood and left fender not correct. Engine bay was covered in sanding dust. Paint and the rust of the job was good. I think the communication was the worst problem.
