Was told when I dropped off car for repairs I would get text updates. Did not get an update until 6 days later after I called for an update. Got a text that my car was complete and ready but when I got to the shop I was told it wouldn't be ready for an hour and a half.

The process was easy from start to finish! Thomas was great and very helpful. They even cleaned out the inside of the car which I did not expect. The inside of the car was GROSS (I inherited it and it was a disaster when I got it) and I didn't even want to sit on the seats. When I got it back, it was so clean inside that I didn't feel the need to sit on a towel. That was above and beyond what I expected. I was so happy with the whole process. I would use them again if needed!!!
