I was VERY IMPRESSED and HAPPY with the customer service and quality of service I received on my vehicle....the entire staff made me feel right at home from the first moment I stepped across the threshold...Geo was immaculate at the time of introduction, during the time my vehicle was being repaired by keeping me informed, all the way to explaining what would be done after leaving my vehicle with the Caliber Collision team. He made sure my rental from Enterprise was in tip top shape before pulling off. When he called me and informed me that my vehicle was ready, he made sure he walked me around my vehicle to show and explained to me in detail exactly what the repair team did to bring my vehicle back to life...and to give it back to me spotless clean is what really won me over...I would like to thank the entire Caliber Collision Team for their WONDERFUL Customer Service...I will be that word of mouth (advertisement) for your company to others and although it was my 1st time it definitely will NOT be my last...thank you again, again, and again! 😀

Back hatch doesn’t close unless it is slammed. Wheel locking key is missing. Other than that. I don’t have any issues.

At this point I am not sure why the service was poor. I had such an amazing experience with the Roosevelt location. But the Blanding location I am highly disappointed.

Completely dissatisfied. Caliber had my car for an entire month. Went to pick up the first time after 2 weeks. Only part of my repairs had been done. My back bumper was hanging on. No one bothered to check the under carriage or the bumper when they were specifically mentioned. Had to leave the car there for another 2 weeks. Missed a day of work because I returned my rental thinking my vehicle was done. Return to pick up my car after another 2 weeks. My rental is now at max time insurance will cover so I return and pick my car up being reassured it’s 100% complete. Was never provided with the alignment paperwork I asked for. My rear bumper was not properly put on. There’s a panel under my car that’s hanging. My trunk liner was completely lifted out and not put back in place. Both tail lights were not secured back in place. The car was brought in on a tow truck. The repair man Thomas said they didn’t do full checks of the vehicle unless it was a customer concern. I clearly stated I was not feeling safe driving the car because I was not sure how much damage could have been done to the under carriage of the vehicle. I don’t feel as if the safety and importance of repairs was a concern for this location. I was informed that they were trying to do their best as they were working at half staff. But that still does not justify not doing a good job. I didn’t ask for anything to be done for free I only ask for my vehicle to be put back together and made sure it was safe to drive. I have several children and I drive on the highway almost every day. Safety is a big importance. I have had my vehicle repaired by caliber in the past and they did an amazing job but it was at a different location. So I specifically asked Geico to only take my car to Calliber. I will not return to caliber collision in the future because of this.

In the beginning he called me to be very informative we had great conversations I explain to him what I wanted what was priority to me I trusted that he was going to do a great job and then when I went to pick up my vehicle he said my bad this is my fault I don’t have a reason as to why we didn’t do what we were supposed to do. So the second time when we picked up my vehicle he reassured us multiple times that he had taken care of us and did a great job in which he did not.

The back lock handle broke on my sequoia so I went to caliber for an estimate, Geo gave me an estimate and we set up appointment for repair. They installed the handle first because it was broken but that did not solve the issue, l was told by Geo the cable was not working so we replaced the cable and problem was fixed. Very courteous customer service and Geo provided transportation to and from service center
