Great customer service from start to finish. The front office staff was kind, courteous and bent over backwards to accommodate me in every way. They even made sure my rental car got back to the dealership for me. Communication was great the entire time and everything was explained perfectly. They even cleaned my car for me when I picked it up.

Caliber scheduled our truck for repair in minutes for the following day. Submitted authorization electronically and provided frequent status updates via text. I appreciate technology and being able to know things were proceeding without a dozen phone calls. Very Impressive. Repair completed a week earlier then was estimated and looks good as new. Very efficient processes and when engaged with staff very pleased with pleasantries from everyone.

10 on the work done. But 1 on responsibility of care of my truck... there is a dents and scratch on the back of the truck snd a small nic on the rear taillight. I took a video of the truck before i dropped it off to you guys. And that was not there. Is there camera footage of the areas my truck was worked on or parked?

Truck was damaged on rear right side when I got it back. Work performance on original damaged areas was excellent. But somehow my truck got hit in the shop somehow. I have a video if the truck before it went in and the dent in question was not in the video before it went in.
