I feel that the repairs were a little rushed. Everything looks great from the outside and the car has been restored. However, upon picking up the car, the alignment is so off that I need to drive left for the car to go straight. It’s a small detail that I feel was rushed or over looked to close out the books on the month.

The body work was wonderfully completed. The side view mirror and camera were restored to their original state. Everything worked well, except the alignment. The steering wheel needs to be pulled to the left to drive the car straight.

Fernando at the Caliber Collision in Orange/Blue Ridge Drive was extremely helpful, gave timely updates, and completed the job in less time than estimated. Amanda at the front desk was also very friendly, kind, and helpful. Caliber coordinated my pick up/drop off with Enterprise rental down the street which also made my life easier.
