My experience with caliber was very good. I appreciate the text and email updates so that I did not have to call very often. It did take a long time, but I know that getting parts timely was an issue. Mike was great and was very nice to work with . I appreciated Mike taking in my car right away and did not make me make an appointment for an estimate given that my care was not safe to drive on the road.

If other caliber collision shops were to operate this way, yes I would recommend. Unfortunately this particular shop is not close to my home and so I couldn’t recommend to people near me.

The work was shoddy and the dentless repair was not satisfactory. There is still damage to my car and the roof is wavy. Also I asked to have something removed from the back of the car that looked like paint spray and they failed to do that. Even though I said I would have paid for it. I expected the car to be at least the same or better and neither of those things happened. I am a 100% disabled Iraq war veteran on a fixed budget and I feel as if Inhave been taken advantage off and made to pay for a service that was not properly done.
