I was unfortunately involved in an accident and luckily, the offender had insurance. Their team swiftly guided me throughout the entire process of this ordeal and not only was I deeply impressed with their response time and the ctual repair, they're now making me reconsider my own insurance company lol. Caliber Collision has every detail figured out for their customers. With or without insurance, they're the first company I would call. Top.tier service all the eay through. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am just WOW'd.

The repairs on my vehicle took an extra 9 days. In the future, maybe let the customer know ahead of time, or keep them more informed. If I would have been kept informed, I wouldn't have had any problems. My vehicle looks amazing. Thank you.

If I could give a zero, I would! They had my vehicle for 2 weeks before they even looked at it, causing me to lose all of that time on my rental allowance. They failed to do the mechanical inspection they were very clearly advised of during the initial call with the insurance adjustor. This caused even further delay, which caused me to have to pay for 4 days on my rental, despite my insurance company contacting them to request they pay for the additional days, as it was due to their error. They refused to do so! When they finally did do the mechanical inspection, it was past the time that my insurance company had paid them for the body work and had closed out the claim, so the mechanical issue was deemed not covered. I was left with having to pay for the mechanical repair myself. There seems to be no organization and a complete lack of customer care or satisfaction. I would never use them again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else!

We spoke to the shop several times, but each time it seemed like they had no idea who we were or what vehicle we were asking about. As stated, they had the car for 2 weeks before looking at it, at which time, they called to ask if they could move it to another shop to BEGIN work on it! When questioned about the delay, the person stammered and said he would have to call back, but he never did! I had to call to get an update.
