When I first had the appraised, the guy (I can't think of his name) advised me that insurance might total out the truck depending on the cost of damages. That really prepared my wife and I for what would have been the worst, because we didn't even think about that. He also said that considering the situation, they couldn't just ignore any damages that affected the overall safety of the truck.

I am amazed at how your paint crew matched my original 2006 paint. The newly painted repaired area blends so well! The car was ready ahead of schedule, which was wonderful--especially because I had the expense of a rental car.

Darlene was very nice .. Peter was very rude and unprofessional .. The work was horrible . I had to take the vehicle back. The vehicle was fixed a second time and my hubs are again now starting tonmake noise . I refuse to go to caliber again I'll be taken my vehicle to Nissan .

Receptionist , Darlene and Brian where nice .. Peter should not be in a managment position of work with customers . I'm in the car business and I know many dealerships who have worked with Peter who feel the same . Very unprofessional
