Ravi was very professional and approached me with a hand shake, kept me with uupdates by texting threw the process. Finally, when I went to pick up my car I was extremely impressed by job well done. I actually had this same car fixed with Caliber before. About 12 to 13 years ago cause it was fairly new when I was rear ended before. Bumper was worked on back then. Also my sister and an uncle has had their vehicles repaired at Caliber.

Everyone was nice and helpful with my questions and took very good care of me and most important my 2000 Toyota Corolla that I desperately need to keep for a few more years. Trying to hold on to my car as I can't afford a payment right now and everyone understood my situation.
