The staff is very nice and kind. I’m giving this score because the repairs were not done 100% right. Two days after I received the car back, I was driving and one of the parts installed fell, plus the bumper was installed a little crooked. The girls at the BodyShop were nice and understanding, and offered to fix all these issues, and I’m waiting to be called to do those repairs at the moment.
