I was lied to, I am not sure I was told the truth about the damage to my car.

They took too long with my vehicle. They scratched my car, would not give me a concrete date that my car would be ready. They charged me for a battery because my vehicle would not start when they put it back together. I was told over the phone that I would not be charged for labor, but when I picked up the car and asked to see the receipt, I had been charged $26.40 for labor, my old battery was turned in and I did not see the original receipt that Caliber had, not the receipt from the store they bought the battery from. Caliber is also not finished with my vehicle. I need some trim put around my door, I'm not sure I want to return to them to have it done.

I was lied to over the phone about the labor cost of putting in a battery. I was not given a straight answer about my car when I asked why it's taking so long.

Absolutely love this place! The service is excellent from start to finish. From the receptionist at the front desk to the repairmen in the back, every worker I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I was so impressed, first with the kindness of the staff. Veronica, my first encounter, her greetings, her smile, her compassion ❤️. Then doing the walk around with Jennifer, she exudes confidence, knowledge, and patience. Each of them are very beautiful people. The work done on my vehicle was amazing. I was amazed at how quickly the work was done and I was so satisfied with the end results. They provided me with constant updates on the status of work being done. They took care of my rental arrangements, which surprised me and "blew my mind". OMG! I could go on and on about the FANTASTIC service at Caliber Collision because, honestly they are The Best!! Job we'll done Caliber...
