It’s my opinion that the repair was done timely by Caliber with the situation that was under their control. Any delays experienced were outside of the control of the company. I appreciate the consistency of the management team informing me of any progress ,problems or concerns that may arose during repair. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing repair services.

The condition I received the car in was not the condition it was in prior to the accident. The driver's side sway bar is making a loud rattling that was not present before the accident I was in and should have been repaired while it was in your care. I'm now afraid to drive my car because of this issue and unsure of how to move forward.

I picked up my car yesterday and I was not happy to find it had an issue/damage from the accident that was not repaired. My car is not even a year old and when I picked up the car, the manager, Jake, informed me that the sway bar on the driver's side was knocking/rattling. It was not doing that before the accident and was either damaged during the accident or while it was being towed. Jake suggested I take it to a mechanic, rather than fix it there, which seems incredibly sketchy. They also told me they did an alignment, but I can tell just from driving it that an alignment was not performed, as the vehicle is pulling to the left. I do not feel my car was made whole/right, as it was not restored to the condition it was in prior to the accident and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Caliber Collision in Overland. I ended up taking my car to the dealership to have the suspension checked out and, I'm not even kidding, they told me the sway bar was loose due to negligence from the mechanic at Caliber.
